[b]Sir!

It is wery question what You valued like 'good value' soccer stamp?
But if You neewd recent from Serbia, and/or Montenegro sheetlet of 8+tab (visit: http://balkanstamp.blogspot.com and http://serbiastamp.blogspot.com to see scan) there You can purchase it.
More I have some from Albania, Yugoslavia, Bosnia and some more.
But again - what is for You 'good value'?
best regards

Dear Sir:

You can see at least one stamp about football in my personal website:

http://www.encyclopaediaphilatelica.net

You can find it quickly by selecting in the search engine:
country: Magyarország
year: 1972

Best regards.

I have 4 1966 England winners stamps, and 8 1966 world cup stamps 6 of these being the same, and the other 2 stamps are different, 1 is four men jumping into the air, the other is a defender stricker and goalie all jumping for the ball.

I just read and search Michel catalogue, and by way - from Serbia and Montenegro, issue from April 12, 2006, World Cup in Germany issue, existed one nice set + block (Michel number 3325-6, bl 64) - this issue have an sheet of 8 stamp + one tab on middle - You say 'good value' - here You can have an surprise - because relatively new issue, and this sheet have an nice 500.00 euros catalog value for two sheet in set - something that need to be included in any collection.

I don't know if You will find it anywhere in auction catalogue, because quantity issued are really small - and most are sold in Germany - simply lot of topic existed on this issue, it can be included in "flag" topic, "persons" topic, "architecture" topic, because that just occassionally You will have it offered somewhere, and if You will try to obtain it directly from serbia or Montenegro, dealer there will ask almost 80% of catalogue value. Ihave just one free for sale, but also I don't hurry to sell it - if You will need one sample, contact me and I will see what is available there in Serbia.

best regards

Not sure what this is worth, as it's my dads friends late fathers.

As you can see it was signed by Sir Alf Ramsey.

Hi Duby,

You would need to verify his signature in some way to authenticate that it is his signature.

I guess it could fetch well beyond £100 and should be separate from the rest of the shown collection.

Yes I have been looking at football stamps and agree with Erich, I think if it is the genuine article then it will be worth a lot more than £100. Wish I had one.

I have just inherited my Grandad's old postage stamps. I want to preserve it and add to it the best I can.
