It has stumped me
A peru Revenue, similar to Forbin Peru 1901 but differing vignette.
Anybody aware of where this may be catalogued?

solved by via another source.

I don't know if Connecticut Cinderellas when they took over the
Glass Slipper auctions also got publication rights.
