Inherited Stamp Collection

Postby Corinne » Sun May 31, 2009 12:51 pm

Hi Everyone
I inherited a stamp collection from my father. I have absolutely no interest in stamp collection and know 0 about stamps. However, i would like to put this huge (50) years worth of stamp collecting in some kind of order to be able to sell the collection and get top dollar. Anyone out there that can give me some idea on how to get started and how to go about getting top dollar for this collection.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks
Corinne

Hi Rod,

Thanks for digging this site up. As it is free Brad should organise that every one that has FOUND, INHERITED or want to know the value should read this site FIRST.

I have not gone through all the chapters but intend to use this and amend to general conditions.

Hello Erich,
you're welcome.
I think it is an excellent resource for the most commonly asked question in philately.
