Great site you have there with fantastic detail and very good scans keep it up and hope you get lots of good feedback on this.

The only thing is, that I would not use badly cancelled stamps as there are sure others around ( South Africa Fishes ! )

just by way of some information ... the Penny black you show is from plate 1A - that is the first state of the first plate prior to the repair of every impression due to wear on the plate.
