Hi 'speedy'

This stamp may be from a Stamp booklet and worth only to be replaced by one without such a 'killer' wavey cancel and on a complete cover.

NO collection should have 'killer' stamps and need only be a sample to be replaced soonest. Even when rare it should be kept with the thought of finding a better specimen.

Killer cancels and toning is the scourge of philately.
