When I was a kid more than 50 years ago, I collected stamps with trains on 'em.
No, I don't have 'em. Like my baseball cards, they seem to have gone to that spot in the universe where all our missing childhood collections go to when they're forgotten.
I now collect USA, Netherlands, Switzerland & Ireland - my genealogy roots. And I've just started collecting combatant nations of WWII stamps from the Roosevelt election to Stalin's death.
