This stamp is the france stamp but there is some different than any other.

Hi Temmy,

Welcome to the Forum with your query.

I had a look in my Michel but did only find the 10c issue as Red not yellow.

It looks to me that the bottom stamp has remnants of the red and the colour was changed somehow.

The top stamp has a nice cancel but pity if the colour was changed.

Perhaps some French collector knows more !
